• Our assumption is that you have read and made note of the notice before booking which is again provided in writing to each guest on arrival.
• Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk.
• The Proprietor, its agent/s and/or employee/s (‘The Proprieter’) shall not be liable for, including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. 
• The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
• This disclaimer notice is provided and is valid and automatically considered as accepted by guest/s entering the property.

You will be required to fill in a Registration Form on arrival. Please complete the Registration Form and leave it in the cottage on departure.
